Through her work, Rebecca Bowring questions the temporal paradox of photography and the materiality of the images we produce over a lifetime. She approaches photography as a durable yet fragile medium at the intersection of our singular and collective memories. Rebecca is a graduate of the Vevey school of photography and of the University of Art and Design (HEAD). She lives and works in Geneva, where she carries out most of her projects and mandates and teaches at the photography school of Vevey.
